▶ The Sacred Tract
|

|
‘너희는 제비를 뽑아 땅을 상속 재산으로 나눌 때, 그 땅의 한 부분을 거룩한 구역으로서 주님을 위하여 떼어 놓아야 한다. 그 길이는 이만 오천 암마, 너비는 이만 암마이다. 이 구역은 사방 그 경계 안이 모두 거룩하다.

▶ When you apportion the land into inheritances, you shall set apart a sacred tract of land for the LORD, twenty-five thousand cubits long and twenty thousand wide; its whole area shall be sacred.

이 가운데에서 길이가 오백, 너비가 오백 암마로서 사방으로 네모난 땅이 성전을 위한 것이다. 그 둘레에는 사방으로 쉰 암마 되는 빈 터를 두어야 한다.

▶ Of this land a square plot, five hundred by five hundred cubits, surrounded by a free space of fifty cubits, shall be assigned to the sanctuary.

이렇게 측량한 곳에서 너희는 길이가 이만 오천 암마, 너비가 만 암마 되는 땅을 재어 놓아라. 그 안에 성소, 곧 가장 거룩한 곳이 자리 잡게 된다.

▶ Also from this sector measure off a strip, twenty-five thousand cubits long and ten thousand wide, within which shall be the sanctuary, the holy of holies.

그곳은 이 땅의 거룩한 구역으로서, 성전에서 봉직하는 사제들, 곧 주님에게 가까이 나아와 그를 섬기는 사제들의 것이다. 그곳은 그들의 집을 지을 자리이며, 성전을 위한 거룩한 땅이다.

▶ This shall be the sacred part of the land belonging to the priests, the ministers of the sanctuary, who draw near to minister to the LORD; it shall be a place for their homes and pasture land for their cattle.

|
그리고 길이가 이만 오천 암마, 너비가 만 암마 되는 다른 땅은, 주님의 집에서 봉직하는 레위인들의 것이다. 이것이 그들의 소유지로서 그들은 그곳에 성읍들을 세우고 살 것이다.

▶ Also there shall be a strip twenty-five thousand cubits long and ten thousand wide as property for the Levites, the ministers of the temple, that they may have cities to live in.

▶ As property of the City you shall designate a strip five thousand cubits wide and twenty-five thousand long, parallel to the sacred tract; this shall belong to the whole house of Israel.

제후의 몫
|

|

‘거룩한 구역과 도성 소유지의 이쪽과 저쪽, 곧 거룩한 구역과 도성 소유지의 옆으로 난 지역은 제후의 것이다. 그 길이는 서쪽 면에서 서쪽으로, 동쪽 면에서 동쪽으로, 곧 이 땅의 서쪽 경계에서 동쪽 경계에 이르기까지 한 지파가 받을 몫의 길이에 상응하는 것이다.

▶ The prince shall have a section bordering on both sides of the combined sacred tract and City property, extending westward on the western side and eastward on the eastern side, corresponding in length to one of the tribal portions from the western boundary to the eastern boundary
|

이것이 이스라엘에서 그가 차지할 소유지다. 나의 제후들이 다시는 나의 백성을 학대하지 않고, 이 땅을 지파에 따라 이스라엘 자손들에게 나누어 줄 것이다.’

▶ of the land. This shall be his property in Israel, so that the princes of Israel will no longer oppress my people, but will leave the land to the house of Israel according to their tribes.

‘주 하느님이 이렇게 말한다. 이스라엘의 제후들아, 그만 하여라. 폭력과 억압을 치워 버리고, 공정과 정의를 실천하여라. 내 백성을 수탈하는 일을 멈추어라. 주 하느님의 말이다.

▶ Thus says the Lord GOD: Enough, you princes of Israel! Put away violence and oppression, and do what is right and just! Stop evicting my people! says the Lord GOD.

너희는 바른 저울, 바른 에파와 바른 밧을 써야 한다.

▶ You shall have honest scales, an honest ephah, and an honest liquid measure.
|

|
에파와 밧은 용량이 같아야 한다. 한 밧은 십분의 일 호메르이고, 한 에파도 십분의 일 호메르이다. 호메르가 기준이 되는 것이다.

|
▶ The ephah and the liquid measure shall be of the same size: the liquid measure equal to a tenth of a homer, and the ephah equal to a tenth of a homer; by the homer they shall be determined.

한 세켈은 스무 게라이고, 스무 세켈 짜리와 스물다섯 세켈 짜리와 열다섯 세켈 짜리를 합하면, 한 미나가 된다.’

▶ The shekel shall be twenty gerahs. Twenty shekels, twenty-five shekels, plus fifteen shekels shall be your mina.

▶ These are the offerings you shall make: one sixth of an ephah from each homer of wheat, and one sixth of an ephah from each homer of barley.

기름에 관한 규정은 이러하다. 한 코르마다 십분의 일 밧을 바쳐야 한다. 열 밧은 한 호메르이고, 열 밧은 또 한 코르이기도 하다.

▶ The regulation for oil: for every measure of oil, a tenth of a measure, computed by the kor of ten liquid measures (or a homer, for ten liquid measures make a homer).

이스라엘의 가축 떼에서는 이백 마리 양 떼마다 한 마리씩 바쳐야 한다. 이것들은 이스라엘 사람들을 위하여 속죄 예식을 거행할 곡식 제물과 번제물과 친교 제물이다. 주 하느님의 말이다.

▶ One sheep from the flock for every two hundred from the pasturage of Israel, for sacrifice - holocausts and peace offerings and atonement sacrifices, says the Lord GOD.

|
축제와 초하룻날과 안식일에, 이스라엘 집안의 모든 축일에 바치는 번제물과 곡식 제물과 제주는 제후가 책임을 진다. 그가 이스라엘 집안을 위한 속죄 예식을 거행할 속죄 제물과 곡식 제물과 번제물과 친교 제물을 바쳐야 하는 것이다.’

▶ It shall be the duty of the prince to provide the holocausts, cereal offerings, and libations on the feasts, new moons, and sabbaths, on all the festivals of the house of Israel. He shall offer the sin offerings, cereal offerings, holocausts, and peace offerings, to make atonement on behalf of the house of Israel.

▶ Then the priest shall take some of the blood from the sin offering and put it on the doorposts of the temple, on the four corners of the ledge of the altar, and on the doorposts of the gates of the inner court.

너는 초이렛날에도 실수로 잘못을 저지른 사람과 모르고 죄를 지은 이를 위하여 그와 같이 하여라. 너희는 이렇게 주님의 집을 위하여 속죄 예식을 거행하여라.’

▶ You shall repeat this on the first day of the seventh month for those who have sinned through inadvertence or ignorance; thus you shall make atonement for the temple.

▶ On the fifteenth day of the seventh month, the feast day, and for seven days, he shall perform the same rites, making the same sin offerings, the same holocausts, the same cereal offerings and offerings of oil.
