▶ Generations: Adam to Noah
1	아담의 족보는 이러하다. 하느님께서 사람을 창조하시던 날, 하느님과 비슷하게 그를 만드셨다.
▶ This is the record of the descendants of Adam. When God created man, he made him in the likeness of God;
2	그분께서는 남자와 여자로 그들을 창조하셨다. 그리고 그들을 창조하시던 날, 그들에게 복을 내리시고 그들의 이름을 사람이라 하셨다.

3	아담은 백삼십 세 되었을 때, 자기와 비슷하게 제 모습으로 아들을 낳아 그 이름을 셋이라 하였다.
▶ Adam was one hundred and thirty years old when he begot a son in his likeness, after his image; and he named him Seth.
4	셋을 낳은 다음, 아담은 팔백 년을 살면서 아들딸들을 낳았다.
▶ Adam lived eight hundred years after the birth of Seth, and he had other sons and daughters.
5	아담은 모두 구백삼십 년을 살고 죽었다.
▶ The whole lifetime of Adam was nine hundred and thirty years; then he died.
6	셋은 백오 세 되었을 때, 에노스를 낳았다.
▶ When Seth was one hundred and five years old, he became the father of Enosh.
7	에노스를 낳은 다음, 셋은 팔백칠 년을 살면서 아들딸들을 낳았다.
▶ Seth lived eight hundred and seven years after the birth of Enosh, and he had other sons and daughters.
8	셋은 모두 구백십이 년을 살고 죽었다.

9	에노스는 구십 세 되었을 때, 케난을 낳았다.

10	케난을 낳은 다음, 에노스는 팔백십오 년을 살면서 아들딸들을 낳았다.

21	에녹은 육십오 세 되었을 때, 므투셀라를 낳았다.

22	므투셀라를 낳은 다음, 에녹은 삼백 년을 하느님과 함께 살아가면서 아들딸들을 낳았다.
▶ Enoch lived three hundred years after the birth of Methuselah, and he had other sons and daughters.
23	에녹은 모두 삼백육십오 년을 살았다.
▶ The whole lifetime of Enoch was three hundred and sixty-five years.
24	에녹은 하느님과 함께 살다가 사라졌다. 하느님께서 그를 데려가신 것이다.
▶ Then Enoch walked with God, and he was no longer here, for God took him.
25	므투셀라는 백팔십칠 세 되었을 때, 라멕을 낳았다.
▶ When Methuselah was one hundred and eighty-seven years old, he became the father of Lamech.
26	라멕을 낳은 다음, 므투셀라는 칠백팔십이 년을 살면서 아들딸들을 낳았다.
▶ Methuselah lived seven hundred and eighty-two years after the birth of Lamech, and he had other sons and daughters.
27	므투셀라는 모두 구백육십구 년을 살고 죽었다.
▶ The whole lifetime of Methuselah was nine hundred and sixty-nine years; then he died.
28	라멕은 백팔십이 세 되었을 때 아들을 낳고,
▶ When Lamech was one hundred and eighty-two years old, he begot a son
29	“이 아이가 주님께서 저주하신 땅 때문에 수고하고 고생하는 우리를 위로해 줄 것이다.” 하면서, 그의 이름을 노아라 하였다.
▶ and named him Noah, saying, "Out of the very ground that the LORD has put under a curse, this one shall bring us relief from our work and the toil of our hands."
30	노아를 낳은 다음, 라멕은 오백구십오 년을 살면서 아들딸들을 낳았다.
▶ Lamech lived five hundred and ninety-five years after the birth of Noah, and he had other sons and daughters.
31	라멕은 모두 칠백칠십칠 년을 살고 죽었다.
▶ The whole lifetime of Lamech was seven hundred and seventy-seven years; then he died.
32	노아의 나이 오백 세 되었을 때, 노아는 셈과 함과 야펫을 낳았다.
▶ When Noah was five hundred years old, he became the father of Shem, Ham, and Japheth.
