|
‘주 하느님이 이렇게 말한다. 안뜰의 동쪽 대문은 일하는 엿새 동안 잠가 두었다가 안식일에 열고, 또 매달 초하룻날에도 열어야 한다.

▶ Thus says the Lord GOD: The gate toward the east of the inner court shall remain closed throughout the six working days, but on the sabbath and on the day of the new moon it shall be open.

제후는 바깥에서 이 대문 현관으로 들어와, 대문 문설주 곁에 선다. 사제들이 그의 번제물과 친교 제물을 바치는 동안, 제후는 그 대문 문지방에 엎드려 경배한다. 그런 다음 그가 나간 뒤에도, 대문은 저녁때까지 닫지 말아야 한다.

▶ The prince shall enter from outside by way of the vestibule of the gate and remain standing at the doorpost of the gate; then while the priests offer his holocausts and peace offerings, he shall worship at the threshold of the gate and then leave; the gate shall not be closed until evening.

이 땅의 백성이 축일에 주님 앞으로 들어올 때에는, 북쪽 대문으로 들어와서 경배한 이는 남쪽 대문으로 나가고, 남쪽 대문으로 들어온 이는 북쪽 대문으로 나간다. 자기가 들어온 대문으로 되돌아가지 말고, 똑바로 앞쪽으로 나가야 한다.

▶ When the people of the land enter the presence of the LORD to worship on the festivals, if they enter by the north gate they shall leave by the south gate, and if they enter by the south gate they shall leave by the north gate; no one shall return by the gate through which he has entered, but he shall leave by the opposite gate.

|
제후가 주님에게 자원 예물로 번제물을 바칠 때나, 자원 예물로 친교 제물을 바칠 때에는, 동쪽 대문을 열어 주어야 한다. 그는 안식일에 하듯이 자기의 번제물과 친교 제물을 바치고 나간다. 그가 나간 다음에는 그 대문을 닫는다.

▶ When the prince makes a freewill offering to the LORD, whether holocausts or peace offerings, the eastern gate shall be opened for him, and he shall offer his holocausts or his peace offerings as on the sabbath; then he shall leave, and the gate shall be closed after his departure.

|
너는 날마다 주님에게 일 년 된 어린 양 한 마리를 번제물로 바쳐야 한다. 아침마다 그것을 바쳐야 한다.

▶ He shall offer as a daily holocaust to the LORD an unblemished yearling lamb; this he shall offer every morning.

이것에 곁들이는 곡식 제물로 아침마다 고운 곡식 가루 육분의 일 에파와 그것에 뿌릴 기름 삼분의 일 힌을 바친다. 이것이 주님에게 바치는 곡식 제물로서, 늘 지켜야 하는 영원한 규정이다.

▶ With it every morning he shall provide as a cereal offering one sixth of an ephah, with a third of a hin of oil to moisten the fine flour. This cereal offering to the LORD is mandatory with the established holocaust.

‘주 하느님이 이렇게 말한다. 제후가 자기 아들 가운데 하나에게 선물을 할 경우, 그것은 그 아들의 상속 재산으로서 그의 아들들의 것이 된다. 그것은 상속 재산으로서 그들의 소유가 되는 것이다.

▶ Thus says the Lord GOD: If the prince makes a gift of part of his inheritance to any of his sons, it shall belong to his sons; that property is theirs by inheritance.

그러나 제후가 자기의 상속 재산에 든 것을 자기 신하에게 선물할 경우, 그것은 해방의 해까지만 그 신하의 소유가 되고, 그 뒤에는 제후에게 되돌아간다. 제후의 상속 재산은 그의 아들들만 차지할 수 있다.

▶ But if he makes a gift of part of his inheritance to one of his servants, it shall belong to the latter only until the year of release, when it shall revert to the prince. Only the inheritance given to his sons is permanent.

▶ The prince shall not seize any part of the inheritance of the people by evicting them from their property. He shall provide an inheritance for his sons from his own property, so that none of my people will be driven from their property.

▶ Then he brought me by the entrance which is on the side of the gate to the chambers (of the sanctuary, reserved to the priests) which face the north. There, at their west end, I saw a place,

▶ concerning which he said to me, "Here the priests cook the guilt offerings and the sin offerings, and bake the cereal offerings, so that they do not have to take them into the outer court at the risk of transmitting holiness to the people."

▶ A wall of stones surrounded each of the four, and hearths were built beneath the stones all the way around.

▶ He said to me, "These are the kitchens where the temple ministers cook the sacrifices of the people."
