▶ 티로에 내리는 심판
|

|
On the first day of the. . . month in the eleventh year, the word of the LORD came to me:

▶ 제십일년 어느 달 초하룻날에 주님의 말씀이 나에게 내렸다.
|
|
2
|
Son of man, because of what Tyre said of Jerusalem: "Aha! it is broken, the gateway to the peoples; now that it is ruined, its wealth reverts to me!"

▶ “사람의 아들아, 티로가 예루살렘을 두고 이렇게 말하였다. ‘아하, 민족들의 관문이 부서져 나에게 활짝 열렸구나! 나는 풍부해지고 그것은 폐허가 되는구나!’

|
therefore thus says the Lord GOD: See! I am coming at you, Tyre; I will churn up against you many nations, even as the sea churns up its waves;
|

|
▶ 그러므로 주 하느님이 이렇게 말한다. 티로야, 나 이제 너를 대적하리라. 바다가 물결을 밀어 올리듯 내가 너를 거슬러 많은 민족들을 불러올리리라.

|
They shall destroy the walls of Tyre and raze her towers. I will scrape the ground from her and leave her a bare rock;

|
▶ 그들은 티로의 성벽을 부수고 탑들을 허물어뜨리리라. 나는 그곳에서 흙을 쓸어 내어 맨바위로 만들어 버리리라.

|
She shall be a drying place for nets in the midst of the sea. I have spoken, says the Lord GOD: and she shall be booty for the nations.

|
|
▶ 그리하여 그곳은 바다 한가운데에서 그물이나 펴서 말리는 곳이 되리라. 정녕 내가 말하였다. 주 하느님의 말이다. 티로는 민족들의 약탈품이 되고

|
And her daughters on the mainland shall be slaughtered by the sword; thus they shall know that I am the LORD.

|
▶ 뭍에 있는 티로의 딸들은 칼로 살해되리라. 그제야 그들은 내가 주님임을 알게 되리라.
|

|
For thus says the Lord GOD: I am now bringing up against Tyre from the north Nebuchadnezzar the king of Babylon, the king of kings, with horses and chariots, with cavalry and a great and mighty army.

|
▶ 주 하느님이 이렇게 말한다. 나 이제 기마와 병거와 기병, 그리고 많은 군대의 무리를 거느린, 임금들의 임금인 바빌론 임금 네부카드네자르를 북쪽에서 데려오겠다.

|
Your daughters on the mainland he shall slay with the sword; He shall place a siege tower against you, cast up a ramp about you, and raise his shields against you.

▶ 그는 뭍에 있는 너의 딸들을 칼로 살해하고는 너를 치러 공격 보루를 만들고 공격 축대를 쌓고 너를 향하여 방패들을 세우리라.

He shall pound your walls with battering-rams and break down your towers with his weapons.

|
▶ 파쇄기로 네 성벽을 치고 쇠망치로 네 탑들을 부수리라.
|
|

|
The surge of his horses shall cover you with dust, amid the noise of steeds, of wheels and of chariots. Your walls shall shake as he enters your gates, even as one enters a city that is breached.

▶ 그의 군마들이 너무 많아 그 먼지가 너를 뒤덮으리라. 뚫린 성벽으로 성안에 들이닥치듯 그가 너의 성문으로 들어올 때 기병들과 병거들의 바퀴 소리에 너의 성벽이 흔들리리라.

|
With the hoofs of his horses he shall trample all your streets; Your people he shall slay by the sword; your mighty pillars he shall pull to the ground.

|
▶ 그는 말발굽으로 너의 거리들을 모조리 짓밟으며 백성을 칼로 학살하고 튼튼한 기둥들을 쓰러뜨리리라.

|
Your wealth shall be plundered, your merchandise pillaged; Your walls shall be torn down, your precious houses demolished; Your stones, your timber, and your clay shall be cast into the sea.

|
|
|
▶ 군사들은 너의 재물을 약탈하고 상품들을 노략하며 너의 성벽을 허물어뜨리고 호화로운 집들을 부수어 석재와 목재와 흙덩이까지 바다 한가운데로 던져 버리리라.

|
I will put an end to the noise of your songs, and the sound of your lyres shall be heard no more.

|
▶ 나는 이렇게 너의 시끄러운 노랫소리를 그치게 하고 수금 소리가 다시는 들리지 않게 하리라.
|
|
14
|
I will make you a bare rock; a drying place for nets shall you be. Never shall you be rebuilt, for I have spoken, says the Lord GOD.
|

|
▶ 내가 이렇듯 너를 맨바위로 만들어 버리면 너는 그물이나 펴서 말리는 곳이 되고 더 이상 재건되지 않으리라. 정녕 나 주님이 말하였다. 주 하느님의 말이다.

|
Thus says the Lord GOD to Tyre: At the noise of your fall, at the groaning of the wounded, when the sword slays in your midst, shall not the isles quake?

|
|
▶ 주 하느님이 티로에게 이렇게 말한다. 부상당한 자들이 신음하고 네 가운데에서 살육이 자행되면서 들리는 네 몰락의 소리에, 어찌 섬들이 떨지 않겠느냐?

|
All the princes of the sea shall step down from their thrones, lay aside their robes, and strip off their embroidered garments. They shall be clothed in mourning and, sitting on the ground, they shall tremble at every moment and be horrified at you.

|
|
|
▶ 바다의 제후들은 모두 왕좌에서 내려와, 예복을 치우고 수놓은 옷을 벗을 것이다. 공포를 옷처럼 입고 땅바닥에 주저앉아 줄곧 떨며, 너 때문에 질겁할 것이다.

|
Then they shall utter a lament over you: How have you perished, gone from the seas, city most prized! Once she was mighty on the sea, she and her dwellers, Who spread terror into all that dwelt by the sea.

|
▶ 그리고 너를 두고 애가를 지어 부를 것이다. ‘어쩌다가 바다에서 사라졌나? 찬양받던 성읍! 주민들과 함께 바다에서 세력을 떨치며 온 육지를 공포에 떨게 하던 성읍!

|
On this, the day of your fall, the islands quake! The isles in the sea are terrified at your passing.

▶ 그런데 이제 네 몰락의 날에 섬들이 떨고 네 종말을 보며 바다의 섬들이 어쩔 줄 몰라 한다.’

For thus says the Lord GOD: When I make you a city desolate like cities that are no longer inhabited, when I churn up the abyss against you, and its mighty waters cover you,

▶ 주 하느님이 이렇게 말한다. 내가 너를 사람이 살지 않는 성읍처럼 황폐한 성읍으로 만들고, 심연을 끌어 올려 큰 물이 너를 덮어 버리게 하며,

then I will thrust you down with those who descend into the pit, those of the bygone age; and I will make you dwell in the nether lands, in the everlasting ruins, with those who go down to the pit, so that you may never return to take your place in the land of the living.

▶ 구렁으로 내려가는 자들과 함께 옛 사람들에게 내려가게 하겠다. 그리고 구렁으로 내려가는 자들과 함께 저 아래 땅, 태고의 폐허에 살게 하여, 사람들이 다시는 네 땅에서 살지 못하고, 네가 다시는 산 이들의 땅에서 일어서지 못하게 하겠다.

|
I will make you a devastation, and you shall be no more; you shall be sought, but never again found, says the Lord GOD.

▶ 그리하여 나는 너를 공포의 대상으로 만들겠다. 너는 더 이상 있지 않아, 사람들이 너를 찾아도 다시는 영원히 찾아내지 못할 것이다. 주 하느님의 말이다.”
