성무일도 연중제8주간 월요일 독서 : 성 대 그레고리오 교황의 ‘욥기주해’ 에서 E Moralium libris sancti Gregorii Magni papae in Job. The Moral Reflections on Job by Pope St Gregory the Great ‘거룩한 사람은 상처가운데 눌려 있는 자기 마음을 일으켜 세우고자 채찍의 고통 속에 선물의 기쁨을 생각하며 다음과 같이 말해야 합니다. ‘우리가 하느님에게서 좋은 것을 받았는데 나쁜 것이라고 하여 어찌 거절할 수 있단 말인가?’ Sanctus igitur vir, ut oppressam mentem inter vulnera mulceat, in flagellorum doloribus blandimenta donorum pensat, dicens : Si bona accepimus de manu Domini, mala quare non sustineamus? Thus the holy man, to soothe the depression of his mind amidst his wounds, weighs the sweetness of the gifts against the pains of affliction, saying If we have received good at the hand of the Lord, shall we not receive evil?
