헨리 나웬  신부님(1932.1.24-1996.9.21)의 오! 그리고 늘 ! 12월 23일 <예수님의 마음(聖心> The Heart of Jesus 예수님께서는 연약한 어린아이시고, 겸손한 설교자이시며, 멸시받으시고 배척당하시며 십자가에 못 박히신 그리스도입니다. 하지만 또한 예수님께서는 "보이지 않는 하느님의 모상이시며 모든 피조물의 맏이이십니다.…그분께서는 만물에 앞서 계시고 만물은 그분 안에서 존속합니다. "(콜로1,15,17) 예수님께서는 십자가 위에서 조롱거리가 되셨지만 천상 예루살렘의 어좌에서 다스리시는 왕이십니다. 그분께서는 나귀 타고 시내로 들어가는 주님이시며, 알파와 오메가요 처음과 끝입니다. 세상은 저주하였지만 하느님께서는 축복하신 분입니다. 예수님을 늘 바라봅시다. 그래야 십자가에 못박히시고 영광스럽게 되신 그분의 마음에서 그분의 영광뿐만 아니라 고난도 함께 나누는 게 우리의 소명임을 깨달을 수 있기 때문입니다. The Heart of Jesus DECEMBER 23 Jesus is the vulnerable child, the humble preacher, the despised, rejected, and crucified Christ. But Jesus also is “the image of the unseen God, the first-born of all creation, … [who] exists before all things and in him all things hold together” (Colossians 1:15,17). Jesus is the King, ridiculed on the cross and reigning from his throne in the heavenly Jerusalem. He is the Lord riding into the city on a donkey, and the Alpha and Omega, the Beginning and the End. He is cursed by the world but blessed by God. Let’s always look at Jesus, because in his crucified and glorified heart we will see ourselves called to share in his suffering as well as in his glory.  † 성부와 성자와 성령의 이름으로 아멘.
