헨리 나웬 신부님(1932.1.24-1996.9.21)의 오! 그리고 늘! 9월 22일 <창조된 질서(창조계)는 聖事라는 것> The Created Order as Sacrament 하느님께서 예수 그리스도 안에서 사람이 되시자창조되지 않은 것과 피조물, 영원한 것과 지나가는 것, 신성한 것과 인간의 것이 모두 하나가 된 겁니다. 이러한 일치의 뜻은 죽을 운명인 모든 것이 바야흐로 영원한 생명을 향하고, 유한한 모든 것이 드디어 무한함을 향한다는 겁니다. 예수님 안에서 또 예수님을 통하여 모든 피조물이 찬란란 너울처럼 된 겁니다. 하느님의 용안(얼굴)은 그 너울을 통해 우리에게 드러내신 겁니다. 이를 창조된 질서의 성사적 특성이라고 부릅니다. 존재하는 모든 것이 거룩한 건 그 존재하는 모든 것이 하느님의 구원하시는 사랑을 말하기 때문입니다. 바다와 바람, 산과 나무, 해와 달 그리고 별들, 그리고 모든 동물과 사람들이 거룩한 창문이 되어 우리에게 하느님의 모습을 잠깐이라도 보여주는 겁니다. The Created Order as Sacrament SEPTEMBER 22 When God took on flesh in Jesus Christ, the uncreated and the created, the eternal and the temporal, the divine and the human became united. This unity meant that all that is mortal now points to the immortal, all that is finite now points to the infinite. In and through Jesus all creation has become like a splendid veil, through which the face of God is revealed to us. This is called the sacramental quality of the created order. All that is is sacred because all that is speaks of God’s redeeming love. Seas and winds, mountains and trees, sun, moon, and stars, and all the animals and people have become sacred windows offering us glimpses of God. † 성부와 성자와 성령의 이름으로 아멘. |
