헨리 나웬 신부님(1932-1996)의 오! 그리고 늘 ! 11월 30일 [성 안드레아 사도 축일] <영성의 몸들이라는 것 > Spiritual Bodies 부활로 우리는 영성의 몸이 될 겁니다 . 우리의 자연적인 몸은 아담에게서 비롯되었고, 영성의 몸은 그리스도께로부터 온겁니다. 두번째 아담이신 그리스도께서는 우리에게 파멸되지 않는 새 몸을 주십니다. 바오로 사도의 말씀대로 입니다. "우리가 흙으로 된 그 사람[아담]의 모습을 지녔듯이, 하늘에 속한 그분[그리스도]의 모습도 지니게 될 것입니다." (1코린15,49) 우리의 영성의 몸은 그리스도와 닮은 몸입니다. 예수님께서 죽을 몸으로 우리와 생명을 나누시려 오셨으니 우리는 그분의 영성의 몸도 함께 나눌 수 있게 될 겁니다. 바오로 사도의 말씀대로  "살과 피는 하느님의 나라를 물려받지 못하고, 썩는 것은 썩지 않는 것을 물려받지 못합니다." (1코린15,50)  예수님께서는  우리의 썩는 몸은 썩지 않는 것으로 그리고 우리의 죽는 몸은 죽지 않는 것으로 입히시려고 오신 겁니다.(I코린 15,53 참조). 하여 바로 우리 몸에서 영성의 생명이 한껏 충만하게 나타나는 겁니다. Spiritual Bodies In the resurrection we will have spiritual bodies. Our natural bodies came from Adam, our spiritual bodies come from Christ. Christ is the second Adam, offering us new bodies not subject to destruction. As Paul says: “as we have borne the likeness of the earthly man [Adam], so we shall bear the likeness of the heavenly one [Christ]” (I Corinthians 15:49). Our spiritual bodies are Christ-like bodies. Jesus came to share with us the life in our mortal bodies so that we would also be able to share in his spiritual body. “Mere human nature,” Paul says, “cannot inherit the kingdom of God” (I Corinthians 15:50). Jesus came to dress our perishable nature with imperishability and our mortal nature with immortality (see I Corinthians 15:53). Thus it is in the body that our spiritual life finds its fullest manifestation.   † 성부와 성자와 성령의 이름으로 아멘.
