Lack of Will to Solve Problems 

The reason why these problems are repeated could be due to a lack of will to solve them. Simply covering things up does not lead to fundamental solutions and can eventually lead to bigger problems. When the church acknowledges its weaknesses, transparently discloses issues, and shows a genuine effort to reform, it will be able to restore trust and further develop.

Fortunately, as seen in the cases of Kang Sun-saeng nim and Cpbc, there seem to be small signs of change within the Korean Roman Catholic Church.
