▶ Joshua the High Priest
|

|
그가 주님의 천사 앞에 서 있는 예수아 대사제를 나에게 보여 주었다. 그의 오른쪽에는 사탄이 그를 고발하려고 서 있었다.

|
▶ Then he showed me Joshua the high priest standing before the angel of the LORD, while Satan stood at his right hand to accuse him.
|

주님의 천사가 사탄에게 말하였다. “사탄아, 주님께서 너를 꾸짖으신다. 예루살렘을 선택하신 주님께서 너를 꾸짖으신다. 이 사람은 불 속에서 꺼낸 나무토막이 아니냐?”

▶ And the angel of the LORD said to Satan, "May the LORD rebuke you, Satan; may the LORD who has chosen Jerusalem rebuke you! Is not this man a brand snatched from the fire?"

그때에 예수아는 더러운 옷을 입고 천사 앞에 서 있었다.

▶ Now Joshua was standing before the angel, clad in filthy garments.
|

천사가 자기 앞에 서 있는 사람들에게, “저 사람에게서 더러운 옷을 벗겨라.” 하고서는, 예수아에게 말하였다. “보아라, 나는 너에게서 네 허물을 치워 버렸다. 나는 너에게 예복을 입혀 주겠다.”

▶ He spoke and said to those who were standing before him, "Take off his filthy garments, and clothe him in festal garments."

그리고 “너희는 그의 머리에 깨끗한 터번을 씌워라.” 하고 말하였다. 그래서 그들은 그의 머리에 깨끗한 터번을 씌우고 그에게 예복을 입혔다. 그동안 주님의 천사가 곁에 서 있었다.

▶ He also said, "Put a clean miter on his head." And they put a clean miter on his head and clothed him with the garments. Then the angel of the LORD, standing, said, "See, I have taken away your guilt."

주님의 천사가 예수아에게 선언하였다.

▶ The angel of the LORD then gave Joshua this assurance:

“만군의 주님께서 이렇게 말씀하신다. ‘네가 내 길을 따라 걷고 내 명령을 지키면 너는 내 집을 다스리고 내 뜰을 지키리라. 나는 네가 여기에 서 있는 사람들 사이를 드나들게 하리라.

▶ "Thus says the LORD of hosts: If you walk in my ways and heed my charge, you shall judge my house and keep my courts, and I will give you access among these standing here.
|

|
예수아 대사제야! 너와 네 앞에 앉아 있는 너의 동료들은 들어라. ─ 이들은 정녕 예표가 되는 사람들이다. ─ 보라, 내가 나의 종 ‘새싹’을 데려오려고 한다.

|
▶ Listen, O Joshua, high priest! You and your associates who sit before you are men of good omen. Yes, I will bring my servant the Shoot.

|
내가 예수아 앞에 놓은 돌을 보아라. 돌은 하나인데 눈은 일곱이다. 만군의 주님의 말씀이다. 거기에 내가 비문을 새기고 이 땅의 허물을 단 하루에 치워 버리리라.

▶ Look at the stone that I have placed before Joshua, one stone with seven facets. I will engrave its inscription, says the LORD of hosts, and I will take away the guilt of the land in one day.

|
그날에 만군의 주님의 말씀이다. 너희는 서로 이웃들을 자기 포도나무와 무화과나무 아래로 초대하리라.’”

▶ On that day, says the LORD of hosts, you will invite one another under your vines and fig trees."
