이집트에서 요르단에 이른 여정 이집트에서 모압에 이른 경로 Stages on the Journey
1 이스라엘 자손들이 부대로 편성되어 모세와 아론의 지휘 아래 이집트 땅에서 나와 행군한 여정은 이러하다. 1 이스라엘 백성이 부대를 편성하여 모세와 아론의 지휘를 받으며 이집트 땅에서 나와 행군한 경로는 다음과 같다. 1 The following are the stages by which the Israelites journeyed up by companies from the land of Egypt under the guidance of Moses and Aaron.
2 모세는 주님의 분부에 따라 그들이 머무르다 떠난 출발지들을 기록하였다. 출발지에 따라 본 그들의 여정은 이러하다. 2 모세는 야훼의 명령에 따라 진을 거두어 길을 떠난 출발지들을 기록해 두었다. 그 출발지들은 다음과 같다. 2 By the LORD'S command Moses recorded the starting places of the various stages. The starting places of the successive stages were:
3 그들은 첫째 달, 곧 첫째 달 열닷샛날에 라메세스를 떠났다. 파스카 축제 다음 날에 이스라엘 자손들은 온 이집트인들이 보는 앞에서 당당하게 나왔다. 3 라므세스를 떠난 것은 정월 보름날, 곧 과월절 다음날이었다. 이스라엘 백성은 온 이집트인들이 보는 앞에서 손을 쳐들고 의기양양하게 떠났다. 3 They set out from Rameses in the first month, on the fifteenth day of the first month. On the Passover morrow the Israelites went forth in triumph, in view of all Egypt,
4 그때에 이집트인들은 주님께서 쳐 죽이신 모든 맏아들의 장사를 지내고 있었다. 주님께서는 그들의 신들에게도 심판을 내리셨다. 4 이 때 이집트인들은 야훼의 손에 죽은 맏아들들의 장례를 치르고 있었다. 이집트인들은 야훼께서 그들의 신들을 심판하시는 바람에 맞아 죽었던 것이다. 4 While the Egyptians buried their first-born all of whom the LORD had struck down; on their gods, too, the LORD executed judgments.
5 이스라엘 자손들은 라메세스를 떠나 수콧에 진을 쳤다. 5 이스라엘 백성은 라므세스를 떠나 수꼿에 이르러 진을 쳤다. 5 Setting out from Rameses, the Israelites camped at Succoth.
6 수콧을 떠나서는 광야 언저리에 있는 에탐에 진을 쳤고, 6 수꼿을 떠나 광야가 시작되는 에담에 진을 쳤고 6 Setting out from Succoth, they camped at Etham near the edge of the desert.
7 에탐을 떠나서는 바알 츠폰 앞 피 하히롯으로 돌아가 믹돌 앞에 진을 쳤다. 7 에담을 떠나 바알스본을 마주보고 있는 비하히롯으로 되돌아가서 믹돌 앞에 진을 쳤다. 7 Setting out from Etham, they turned back to Pi-hahiroth, which is opposite Baal-zephon, and they camped opposite Migdol.
8 피 하히롯을 떠나서는 바다 한가운데를 지나서 광야로 나가, 에탐 광야에서 사흘 길을 걸어가 마라에 진을 쳤다. 8 비하히롯을 떠나 바다 한가운데를 건너 광야 길에 들어서서 에담 광야로 사흘 길을 가다가 마라에 이르러 진을 쳤다. 8 Setting out from Pi-hahiroth, they crossed over through the sea into the desert, and after a three days' journey in the desert of Etham, they camped at Marah.
9 그러고는 마라를 떠나 엘림으로 갔다. 엘림에는 샘이 열두 개 있고 야자나무가 일흔 그루 있었는데, 그들은 그곳에 진을 쳤다. 9 마라를 떠나 엘림에 진을 쳤다. 엘림에는 열두 샘이 있고 종려나무가 일흔 그루나 있었다. 9 Setting out from Marah, they came to Elim, where there were twelve springs of water and seventy palm trees, and they camped there.
10 엘림을 떠나서는 갈대 바다 가에 진을 쳤다. 10 엘림을 떠나 홍해 가에 이르러 진을 쳤다. 10 Setting out from Elim, they camped beside the Red Sea.
11 갈대 바다를 떠나서는 신 광야에 진을 쳤고, 11 홍해를 떠나 신 광야에 진을 쳤다. 11 Setting out from the Red Sea, they camped in the desert of Sin.
12 신 광야를 떠나서는 돕카에 진을 쳤다. 12 신 광야를 떠나 돕카에 진을 쳤다. 12 Setting out from the desert of Sin, they camped at Dophkah.
13 그리고 돕카를 떠나서는 알루스에 진을 쳤다. 13 돕카를 떠나 알루스에 진을 쳤다. 13 Setting out from Dophkah, they camped at Alush.
14 알루스를 떠나서는 르피딤에 진을 쳤는데, 그곳에는 백성이 마실 물이 없었다. 14 알루스를 떠나 르비딤에 진을 쳤다. 거기에는 백성이 마실 물이 없었다. 14 Setting out from Alush, they camped at Rephidim, where there was no water for the people to drink.

17 키브롯 타아와를 떠나서는 하체롯에 진을 쳤다. 17 키브롯하따아와를 떠나 하세롯에 진을 쳤다. 17 Setting out from Kibroth-hattaavah, they camped at Hazeroth.
18 하체롯을 떠나서는 리트마에 진을 쳤다. 18 하세롯을 떠나 리드마에 진을 쳤다. 18 Setting out from Hazeroth, they camped at Rithmah.
19 리트마를 떠나서는 림몬 페레츠에 진을 쳤고, 19 리드마를 떠나 림몬베레스에 진을 쳤다. 19 Setting out from Rithmah, they camped at Rimmon-perez.
20 림몬 페레츠를 떠나서는 리브나에 진을 쳤다. 20 림몬베레스를 떠나 리브나에 진을 쳤다. 20 Setting out from Rimmon-perez, they camped at Libnah.
21 그리고 리브나를 떠나서는 리싸에 진을 쳤다. 21 리브나를 떠나 리싸에 진을 쳤다. 21 Setting out from Libnah, they camped at Rissah.

23 크헬라타를 떠나서는 세페르 산에 진을 쳤다. 23 크헬라다를 떠나 세벨 산에 진을 쳤다. 23 Setting out from Kehelathah, they camped at Mount Shepher.
24 또 세페르 산을 떠나서는 하라다에 진을 쳤고, 24 세벨 산을 떠나 하라다에 진을 쳤다. 24 Setting out from Mount Shepher, they camped at Haradah.
25 하라다를 떠나서는 막헬롯에 진을 쳤다. 25 하라다를 떠나 막헬롯에 진을 쳤다. 25 Setting out from Haradah, they camped at Makheloth.
26 막헬롯을 떠나서는 타핫에 진을 쳤다. 26 막헬롯을 떠나 다핫에 진을 쳤다. 26 Setting out from Makheloth, they camped at Tahath.
27 타핫을 떠나서는 테라에 진을 쳤고, 27 다핫을 떠나 데라에 진을 쳤다. 27 Setting out from Tahath, they camped at Terah.
28 테라를 떠나서는 밋카에 진을 쳤다. 28 데라를 떠나 미드카에 진을 쳤다. 28 Setting out from Terah, they camped at Mithkah.

31 모세롯을 떠나서는 브네 야아칸에 진을 쳤다. 31 모세롯을 떠나 브네야아칸에 진을 쳤다. 31 Setting out from Moseroth, they camped at Bene-jaakan.
32 브네 야아칸을 떠나서는 호르 깃갓에 진을 쳤다. 32 브네야아칸을 떠나 호르하낏가드에 진을 쳤다. 32 Setting out from Bene-jaakan, they camped at Mount Gidgad.
33 호르 깃갓을 떠나서는 욧바타에 진을 쳤고, 33 호르하낏가드를 떠나 욧바다에 진을 쳤다. 33 Setting out from Mount Gidgad, they camped at Jotbathah.
34 욧바타를 떠나서는 아브로나에 진을 쳤다. 34 욧바다를 떠나 아브로나에 진을 쳤다. 34 Setting out from Jotbathah, they camped at Abronah.
35 아브로나를 떠나서는 에츠욘 게베르에 진을 쳤고, 35 아브로나를 떠나 에시욘게벨에 진을 쳤다. 35 Setting out from Abronah, they camped at Ezion-geber.
36 에츠욘 게베르를 떠나서는 친 광야 곧 카데스에 진을 쳤다. 36 에시욘게벨을 떠나 씬 광야에 이르러 카데스에 진을 쳤다. 36 Setting out from Ezion-geber,-They camped in the desert of Zin, at Kadesh.
37 그리고 카데스를 떠나서는 에돔 땅 언저리에 있는 호르 산에 진을 쳤다. 37 카데스를 떠나 에돔 접경에 있는 호르 산에 이르러 진을 쳤다. 37 Setting out from Kadesh, they camped at Mount Hor on the border of the land of Edom.
38 아론 사제가 주님의 분부에 따라 호르 산에 올라가 그곳에서 죽으니, 그때가 이스라엘 자손들이 이집트 땅에서 나온 지 사십 년 되는 해 다섯째 달 초하룻날이었다. 38 사제 아론이 야훼의 분부를 따라 호르 산에 올라가 죽은 것은 이스라엘 백성이 이집트에서 나온 지 사십 년이 되는 해 오월 초하루였다. 38 (Aaron the priest ascended Mount Hor at the LORD'S command, and there he died in the fortieth year from the departure of the Israelites from the land of Egypt, on the first day of the fifth month.
39 아론이 호르 산에서 죽을 때에 나이는 백스물세 살이었다. 39 아론이 호르 산에서 죽을 때 나이는 백이십삼 세였다. 39 Aaron was a hundred and twenty-three years old when he died on Mount Hor.
40 가나안 땅 네겝에 사는 가나안 사람 아랏 임금은 이스라엘 자손들이 온다는 소식을 들었다. 40 이스라엘 백성이 온다는 소식을 가나안 출신 아랏 왕이 들었다. 그는 그 때 가나안 지경 네겝에 살고 있었다. 40 Now, when the Canaanite king of Arad, who lived in the Negeb in the land of Canaan, heard that the Israelites were coming. . . . )
41 그들은 호르 산을 떠나 찰모나에 진을 쳤다. 41 그들은 호르 산을 떠나 살모나에 진을 쳤다. 41 Setting out from Mount Hor,-They camped at Zalmonah.
42 찰모나를 떠나서는 푸논에 진을 쳤다. 42 살모나를 떠나 부논에 진을 쳤다. 42 Setting out from Zalmonah, they camped at Punon.
43 푸논을 떠나서는 오봇에 진을 쳤고, 43 부논을 떠나 오봇에 진을 쳤다. 43 Setting out from Punon, they camped at Oboth.
44 오봇을 떠나서는 모압 영토 안에 있는 이예 아바림에 진을 쳤다. 44 오봇을 떠나 모압 영토 안에 있는 하아바림 폐허에 이르러 진을 쳤다. 44 Setting out from Oboth, they camped at Iye-abarim on the border of Moab.
45 이임을 떠나서는 디본 가드에 진을 쳤다. 45 그 폐허를 떠나 디본가드에 진을 쳤다. 45 Setting out from Iye-abarim, they camped at Dibon-gad.
46 디본 가드를 떠나서는 알몬 디블라타임에 진을 쳤고, 46 디본가드를 떠나 알몬디블라다임에 진을 쳤다. 46 Setting out from Dibon-gad, they camped at Almon-diblathaim.
47 알몬 디블라타임을 떠나서는 느보 앞 아바림 산에 진을 쳤다. 47 알몬디블라다임을 떠나 느보 맞은편에 있는 아바림 산악 지대에 이르러 진을 쳤다. 47 Setting out from Almon-diblathaim, they camped in the Abarim Mountains opposite Nebo.
48 그리고 아바림 산을 떠나서는 예리코 앞 요르단 강 가의 모압 벌판에 진을 쳤다. 48 아바림 산악 지대를 떠나 예리고 근처 요르단 강 가 모압 평야에 이르러 진을 쳤다. 48 Setting out from the Abarim Mountains, they camped on the plains of Moab along the Jericho stretch of the Jordan.
49 그들은 요르단 강 가를 따라 모압 벌판에 진을 쳤는데, 벳 여시못에서 아벨 시팀까지 이르렀다. 49 요르단 강 가에 친 진은 벳하여시못에서 모압 평야에 있는 아벨핫시띰에 이르렀다. 49 Their camp along the Jordan on the plains of Moab extended from Beth-jeshimoth to Abelshittim.
가나안 땅을 정복하라고 지시하시다 가나안 땅의 분할을 지시받다 Conquest and Division of Canaan
50 주님께서 예리코 앞 요르단 강 가의 모압 벌판에서 모세에게 이르셨다. 50 야훼께서 예리고 근처 요르단 강 가 모압 평야에서 모세에게 말씀하셨다. 50 The LORD spoke to Moses on the plains of Moab beside the Jericho stretch of the Jordan and said to him:
51 “너는 이스라엘 자손들에게 일러라. 그들에게 이렇게 말하여라. ‘너희가 요르단을 건너 가나안 땅으로 들어가면, 51 "너는 이스라엘 백성에게 이렇게 일러주어라. '너희가 요르단 강을 건너 가나안 땅에 들어가거든, 51 "Tell the Israelites: When you go across the Jordan into the land of Canaan,
52 그 땅의 주민들을 너희 앞에서 모조리 쫓아내고, 돌에 새긴 그들의 우상들과 주조 신상들을 없애고, 그들의 산당들도 모조리 헐어 버려야 한다. 52 그 땅에서 주민을 모조리 쫓아내고 돌로 새긴 우상과 부어 만든 우상을 깨뜨려버려라. 산당들도 모조리 허물어버려라. 52 drive out all the inhabitants of the land before you; destroy all their stone figures and molten images, and demolish all their high places.
53 너희는 그 땅을 차지하고 거기에서 살아라. 내가 너희에게 그 땅을 차지하라고 주었다. 53 너희는 그 땅을 차지하고 거기에서 살아라. 그 땅은 내가 너희의 유산으로 주는 것이다. 53 "You shall take possession of the land and settle in it, for I have given you the land as your property.
54 너희는 씨족별로 제비를 뽑아 재산을 받아라. 큰 씨족에게는 상속 재산을 많이 주고, 작은 씨족에게는 상속 재산을 적게 주어라. 제비를 뽑아 나오는 대로 저마다 제 것으로 삼아라. 조상 대대로 내려온 지파에 따라 재산을 받아라. 54 너희는 지파별로 주사위를 던져 땅을 나누어 차지하여라. 큰 지파는 큰 덩어리를 차지하고 작은 지파는 작은 덩어리를 차지하여라. 주사위를 던져 나오는 대로 자기 것으로 삼아라. 대대로 내려오는 지파끼리 나누어 차지하여라. 54 You shall apportion the land among yourselves by lot, clan by clan, assigning a large heritage to a large group and a small heritage to a small group. Wherever anyone's lot falls, there shall his property be within the heritage of his ancestral tribe.
55 너희가 그 땅의 주민들을 너희 앞에서 쫓아내지 않으면, 너희가 남겨 놓은 자들이 너희 눈에 가시가 되고 너희 옆구리에 바늘이 되어, 너희가 살아갈 그 땅에서 너희를 괴롭힐 것이다. 55 만일 그 땅에서 주민을 쫓아내지 않고 남겨두었다가는 그들이 너희 눈에 가시가 되고 옆구리에 박힌 바늘이 되어 너희가 살아갈 그 땅에서 너희를 괴롭힐 것이다. 55 "But if you do not drive out the inhabitants of the land before you, those whom you allow to remain will become as barbs in your eyes and thorns in your sides, and they will harass you in the country where you live,
56 그리고 나는 그들에게 하려고 생각했던 그대로 너희에게 하겠다.’” 56 내 말대로 하지 않으면, 그들에게 해주려고 마음먹었던 것을 그대로 너희에게 해주리라." 56 and I will treat you as I had intended to treat them."
