주님은 위대하시고 드높이 찬양받으실 분이시다, 우리 하느님의 도성 당신의 거룩한 산에서. |

Great is the LORD and highly praised in the city of our God: The holy mountain, |

아름답게 솟아오른 그 산은 온 누리의 기쁨이요 북녘의 맨 끝 시온 산은 대왕님의 도읍이라네. |

fairest of heights, the joy of all the earth, Mount Zion, the heights of Zaphon, the city of the great king. |

하느님께서 그 궁궐 안에 계시며 당신을 성채로 드러내신다. |

God is its citadel, renowned as a stronghold. |
| 5 |
보라, 임금들이 모여 와 함께 들이쳤다. |

See! The kings assembled, together they invaded. |
| 6 |
그들은 보자마자 질겁하고 깜짝 놀라 허둥대며 달아났다. |

When they looked they were astounded; terrified, they were put to flight! |

거기에서 전율이 그들을 덮쳤네, 해산하는 여인의 진통처럼 |

Trembling seized them there, anguish, like a woman's labor, |

타르시스의 배들을 들부수는 샛바람처럼. |

As when the east wind wrecks the ships of Tarshish! |

우리가 들은 대로 우리가 보았네, 만군의 주님의 도성에서 우리 하느님의 도성에서. 하느님께서 이를 영원히 굳히셨네. 셀라 |

What we had heard we now see in the city of the LORD of hosts, In the city of our God, founded to last forever. Selah |

하느님, 저희가 당신 궁전에서 당신의 자애를 생각합니다. |

O God, within your temple we ponder your steadfast love. |

하느님, 당신 이름처럼 당신을 찬양하는 소리 세상 끝까지 울려 퍼집니다. 당신의 오른손이 의로움으로 가득합니다. |

Like your name, O God, your praise reaches the ends of the earth. Your right hand is fully victorious. |

당신의 심판으로 시온 산은 즐거워하고 유다의 딸들은 기뻐 뛰게 하소서. |

Mount Zion is glad! The cities of Judah rejoice because of your saving deeds! |
| 13 |
너희는 시온을 두루 돌며 그 탑들을 세어 보아라. |

Go about Zion, walk all around it, note the number of its towers. |
| 14 |
장차 올 세대에게 일러 줄 수 있도록 그 성루를 살피고 그 궁궐들을 돌아다녀 보아라. |

Consider the ramparts, examine its citadels, that you may tell future generations: |

이분께서 하느님이시다. 영원무궁토록 우리의 하느님이시다. 이분께서 우리를 이끌어 주신다. 알 뭇. |
