악인들은 어미 배에서부터 변절하고 거짓말쟁이들은 어미 품에서부터 빗나간다. |

The wicked have been corrupt since birth; liars from the womb, they have gone astray. |

그들은 뱀과 같은 독을 지녔다. 제 귀를 틀어막아 귀먹은 독사처럼. |

Their poison is like the poison of a snake, like that of a serpent stopping its ears, |

능숙하게 주문을 외우는 주술사의 목소리를, 요술사의 목소리를 듣지 않으려는 독사처럼. |

하느님, 그들 입 안의 이를 부수소서. 주님, 사자들의 이빨을 부러뜨리소서. |

흘러내리는 물처럼 그들은 사라지고 그들이 화살을 당긴다 해도 무디어지게 하소서. |

Make them vanish like water flowing away; trodden down, let them wither like grass. |

녹아내리는 달팽이처럼, 햇빛을 못 보는, 유산된 태아처럼 되게 하소서. |

Let them dissolve like a snail that oozes away, like an untimely birth that never sees the sun. |

가시나무 불이 너희 솥을 뜨겁게 하기도 전에 주님께서는 날로든 태워서든 그 안의 것을 없애 버리시리라. |

Suddenly, like brambles or thistles, have the whirlwind snatch them away. |

의인은 복수를 보며 기뻐하고 악인의 피에 자기 발을 씻으리라. |

Then the just shall rejoice to see the vengeance and bathe their feet in the blood of the wicked. |

그리하여 사람들이 말하리라. “과연 의인에게는 결실이 있구나. 과연 세상에는 심판하시는 하느님께서 계시는구나.” |

Then it will be said: "Truly there is a reward for the just; there is a God who is judge on earth!" |
