We thank you, God, we give thanks; we call upon your name, declare your wonderful deeds. You said: |

“내가 정한 때가 오면 나는 올바르게 심판하리라. |

"I will choose the time; I will judge fairly. |

땅이며 그 모든 주민이 뒤흔들려도 내가 세운 그 기둥들은 굳건히 서 있다. 셀라 |

The earth and all its inhabitants will quake, but I have firmly set its pillars." Selah |

거만한 자들에게 내가 말하였다. ‘거만하게 굴지 마라.’ 악인들에게 내가 말하였다. ‘뿔을 쳐들지 마라.’” |

So I say to the boastful: "Do not boast!" to the wicked: "Do not raise your horns! |

너희 뿔을 높이 쳐들지 마라. 고개를 치켜들고 무례하게 말하지 마라. |

Do not raise your horns against heaven! Do not speak arrogantly against the Rock!" |

해 뜨는 데서도 해 지는 데서도 아니요 산속 광야에서도 오는 게 아니니. |

For judgment comes not from east or from west, not from the desert or from the mountains, |
| 8 |
오직 하느님만이 심판자, 어떤 이는 낮추시고 어떤 이는 높이신다. |

But from God who decides, who brings some low and raises others high. |
| 9 |
실상 주님의 손에 잔이 들려 있으니 향료 가득한 거품 이는 술이라네. 그 잔에서 따르시니 그들은 찌꺼기까지 핥아 마시리라. 세상의 모든 악인들이 마셔야 하리라. |

Yes, a cup is in the LORD'S hand, foaming wine, fully spiced. When God pours it out, they will drain it even to the dregs; all the wicked of the earth must drink. |

그러나 나는 끝없이 기뻐 춤추며 야곱의 하느님께 노래하리라. |

But I will rejoice forever; I will sing praise to the God of Jacob, |

“내가 악인들의 뿔을 모두 꺾으리니 의인의 뿔은 드높여지리라.” |

Who has said: "I will break off all the horns of the wicked, but the horns of the just shall be lifted up." |
